Girl scouts Kung Fu workshop in Kashiba
今年も香芝にてガールスカウト主催での親子カンフー講座をいたしました。関係者の皆様本当にありがとうございました。保護者の方と子供が楽しく2時間あっという間に講座を楽しんでいただけました。アップからストレッチ、基本動作、最後に護身術と全体を通してみなさんしっかりできました。今日はよく寝れますと来られたお母さんがおっしゃっていました、笑
We had Kung Fu workshop in Kashiba this year, too. First, I appreciate to everyone for this Kung Fu. Parents and their children enjoyed working this event in two hours. We worked stretch, basic practice, and self-defense who well done. At last one of mother was telling me “I will sleep well tonight”
